Our hourly fee is $195, with a ten-hour minimum.

We work in blocks of time that you and we agree upon in advance. Time is never open-ended. You know what the results are on a regular basis, as we proceed with the research. You control how little or how much research time is committed.

Expenses are billed at cost. Expenses might include such costs as archive admissions, copies of vital records and other documents, databases, photocopies, certifications, apostilles, hiring researchers in other parts of the United States or abroad, if needed. No extraordinary expense will be billed without your prior approval.

Do we always find the people we’re looking for? Most of the time, yes. But there are no guarantees. No reputable genealogist promises positive results. But you do have our guarantee that we will bring all of our skills and resources to bear to strive to obtain what you need for a successful conclusion.

How long will it take to complete the work, and what will the cost be? That depends on how much research needs to be done and where, how many family members need to be found, and how readily they can be located. Each assignment has its own requirements.
